First things first, I finally got myself a job. It's nothing I love but it's a paycheck. I can't have my cake and eat it, too (or so I've been told.) Things got really wild after that. My grandmother turned 80 and there were like 50,000 people crammed into our apartment. My room was hijacked by kids. It was insanity. Shortly after that, I got e-mailed saying that I wouldn't be able to cover the Young Wild Things tour. That would have been fine had I found out earlier. I probably would have bought my ticket earlier, like BEFORE it sold out! It was bad enough I couldn't shoot but I couldn't even GO just to see the show. Last night, I found out my computer had over 70,000 files infected by a virus and trojans and all kinds of stuff. The computer tech at Staples told me how to do a factory restore on my computer. I did it, the virus is gone, my computer is working fine now but I forgot to save the pics from my grandmas bday party! I am so stupid. I cried a lot over that. Those pics of my granny were the cutest ever! I also found out I'm working from 5pm - 11pm on the 20th and the 21st...which means NO TOURZILLA for me (I canceled my photo pass requests) and also NO JOSH HOGE on the 20th either. I don't know. I thought having a job and getting paid was supposed to be a happy time. It only goes to show that money doesn't always make things better. I am a sell out.
